Sunday 2nd February Winter Club Run 9:30am @ 3-Tuns

edited January 31 in General
Ladies and Gents,
Just to start the thread on this one, it is the BRCC (Beds Road Cycle Club) reliability ride on Sunday (all info below).
I plan to do this ride as the club run (56m).
Leave at 9 from the club house.
Good circuit and a change of scenery to the herts routes.

2 things:
1/. If you want to club ride this one with me, let me know here on a thread.
2/. If you want to do a more local ride, post up here and get some takers.

PS Weather looks dry and grey. so all good

MC, will do BRCC with you. See you over there to ride at 9
  • Cheers Matt ;-)
Will Park out the front as normal.

  • Oh, this sounds interesting. I would like to support and join the ride MC. Assuming i can find the club house and park somewhere.
Could someone send me a GPX file please.
  • File sent over Jon.
Leave at 9 ish from Cardington.

  • Thanks. See you there.
  • Good circuit from BRCC and strangely mild for this time of year.
Martin finished first with his race legs back on after his recent off. Looking very fast!
Then the next wave with about half the guys, Taff, Graham, Chris P, then myself and Matt.
Pacey ride - you know the stuff ;-)

Hi John - I had just left and saw you coming back into Cople Village.
Windy day but a fast section in the middle!

See you all soon / mc
  • Just checked Strava, really fast for you guys, well done. I was considerably slower! Good ride, strong wind and no tow. Enjoyed it.
  • Weather this Sunday is pants. Are you thinking of heading out tomorrow instead?
  • Me no as I am working on the CCA website...
But yes - the weather is not looking so sharp.

I'll put a post up informing I'll not be out but others welcome. If it is wet and windy then I presume that a virtual ride could be organised (Matt S?)
