Come on down for an hour every Monday evening throughout Spring and Summer and enjoy the grass track.
No track-bike or experience? No problem. We have bikes to borrow, and all sessions are inclusive at every level.
They usually kick off around 7pm. But people get there much earlier too.
Helmet, shoes and pedals is all that's required.

I can't make that one but hope to make all the others.
I urge everyone to give the grass track a go as a great way to mix things up and get something new from the sport. It's a good social craic too.
