Sunday 6th Nov - 09.30 ride

09.30 start, 3 Tuns
looks damp with a northerly wind.
more of us means more time to hide - so come along !
( with the usual rotation of course )
2.5 to 3 hours ride
looks like time to bring out the wet gear
winter pace riding - so spinning is the order of the day

    good ride again,
    54 miles about 16 mph ave I think.
    pleased the bbc was totally wrong about the weather ( and me too )
    good day, headed north , wind behind at the end - nice !

    but it takes all sorts
    I did most of the work on the front,
    including the last 2 miles,
    then some bloke comes past the last 30 yards.

    some people have no shame.
    I always say it is better to give than receive
    there is the true path to fulfilment and enlightenment

    Think you must have been on a different ride to me, I had 56.5 miles @ 17. Noticed you on the front once or twice, including the last 2 miles, but have to agree the bloke who was moaning about hurting legs most of the way round suddenly found them 50 metres from the end, definately a contender for the wheelsucker award yet again (maybe that was the start of next weeks ride?)

    I always thought your path to fulfilment & enlightenment was knowing how the washing machine worked, (ask Georgie, I'm sure she will be willing to give you the secrets)

    nice to see your double act developing guys......the L & H of CCA...... with 6 on your ride this week the "bloke" must be known to you? Can't see Dave sprinting
    When you have sussed the technology are you going to offer a laundry service for CCA cycling gear then James?
