well we cant have the forum quiet now can we

lots of riders out (didnt count...14 i think, 3 fixed, 11 geared), duxford, chappel hill and back, 40 miles at 17 mph, warmed up nicely when the sun came out. welcome to ellis (i think thats right), new rider just moved up here from the mendips region, seemed to cope with chapple hill as if it wasnt there funnily enough...

    yes Stef...welcome Ellis...blighter calmly powered past me as I was gasping up on a 73inch geared fixed...then Tim D did the same whilst seated on his 73 fixed and suggested I should do likewise....great ride though and good to be back on fixed.
    You are going well on your fixed too Stef.
    With all this keenness for fixed both Tim and I are expecting great things from you lads on our grass track next year...you should also consider the track at Welwyn/Gosling stadium next April for the Friday league.

    Great ride, Ellis looked very strong, but we should keep in mind that he is a pharmacist with easy access to all sorts of performance enhancing drugs!!
    We should discretely try to obtain a urine sample next week.

    Only joking, just jealous!
