Sunday 1st dec 09.30 - any ride leader ?

I will not be riding Sunday 1st on the 09.30 ride.
( I assume Andy is not riding either )
I have posted a friday ride instead.

Anyone who still wants a Sunday 09.30 post here,
or can go on the 09.00 I assume
over to you...

    I'll do a club run at 9.30 guys.........will be my 4th ride in a row and not looking for a long ride or fast........aiming to do 9 rides back to back to get an idea of day after day..........will up the distance gradually, all part of the plan.

    good ride...no idea of actual distance...around 45 miles at 15-16mph 4 of us Richard,Tony,Vic and self.....nice steady miles, thanks guys.
