Hello All,

Quite a few of us are doing the Chiltern 75/100 in about a month's time so thought that we could do the Royston hill challenge route for a bit of hill training.

Of course, this route is probably not everybody's idea of a great way to spend their Saturday morning, so if you would like to do a flatter route just post an additional one on the forum.

    That's a bit hilly for me! Especially as I'd like to save some legs for a 10k race on Sunday.
    I have a fairly flat 39 miles which I'll post up tommorow if anyone would like to join me?
