    I'm here Mark and Tim so CCA has a coach for the track.....we are go if everyone still wants to do this....I was going for a ride, but happy to run a session for you

    where are the club stop watches??? I will need one of them tomorrow...Tim...can you store the TT kit in container as I think all stop watches are there..if not can we have one of them permanently in container please?

    That was great fun :) thanks for the geoff for coaching and encouragement and Robbie, Phil and Vince for the team spirit. I will be practicing my starts on a boris bike all next week to improve my lap times! Heres to going sub 34 in the next couple of weeks. Rollers are on order!

    James or Geoff can you recommend any rollers - make and best price? i see a ride to work grass track bike coming up soon also so where best to go for those - good but affordable and one that can transfer to hard track when we get really good on grass.

    Sadly I cannot, but this would be ideal final preparation of the Fearnhill Meeting on Sunday at 14:00. Entry on the line is possible. C'mon James, how can you resist the opportunity to race against Robbie and me?
