Sunday ride June 10

7 out on the faster ride (Jes, Phil, Cam, Me, Ian, Adam and Vic - i think). Jes set and maintained a pretty full-on pace - taking his frustration at not racing out on the rest of our legs. Rolled out to therfield, saffron w, haverhill, balsham, fowlmere, shelford, ashwell. 73 miles, not sure of the average but must have been 19 or 20. Two punctures and a lesson in "looking Euro" from Cam - who also revealed a his fancy for older horses.

    Several people told me that I must be going well on this morning's Wednesday Ride.

    Not me on the fast ride, unfortuately. I was on Trahern's 'Stay in your saddle' Club Run.
