There are good racing opportunities for U8/10/12/14 riders at Mildenhall Rally over the Bank Holiday weekend:-

Saturday 25/08/12 - Grass track racing.

Sunday 26/08/12 - Children's duathlon.

Monday 27/08/12 - Cyclocross.

ALL Grass track Riders, adults and especially youth....you should be there. Max runs this and it is the best in the country...not to be missed.

Make sure you have your track bikes on Thursday 23rd at Go-Ride track session for this. Book on line and make sure ..also cheaper than on the day.

I have checked those links Mark and there is some confusion between BC site and Mildenhall...

I have checked with Max and for clarification relating to Grass Track, this is the picture.

Sadly the BC forms for registering races don't lend themselves to multi-day
events.

Youth riders only on the Saturday categories A - E, entry fee £7. (EOL£10) ( EOL means entry on the day)

Ladies, Juniors and Seniors Sunday and Monday, plus any U16's boys that
elect to ride up and any U14 and U16 girls that want to ride up. Juniors
and Seniors £15 per day (EOL £20), youths riding up £7 (EOL £10)

Just a note to anyone going over the next two days, beware of parking in the field that you are instructed to park in. Today's rain meant it became very boggy and we, along with at least 10 others, were stuck for around an hour until a nearby farmer rescued us with his tractor. It's worth checking if it has drained before you even drive onto it and I wouldn't do so if rain is forecasted.

I think that's good advice. Our van was stuck until we were finally towed out by the tractor some time after 8.00 p.m...
