09.30 @ 3 tuns for a gentle fat burn
probably 30 miles ish , back for 11.30 to 12.00
coffee and festive banter

    hi Paul....youth riders usually go out with riders who have CRB like Tim Mark and others who take youth activities......hopefully there will be some out with the other 9.30 ride........have a good one ......there should be quite a good bunch tomorrow........Happy Christmas everyone

    Got back with 43 miles @ 16.8, just the job to burn off the christmas pud.
