Intro / short ride Saturday 16th March

I am down to take this ride and have in mind a route around Old Warden of about 26 miles, this could be extended to 30mile if desired. BUT, the weather forecast for Saturday is grim, in the event that the weather is too bad I will defer the ride until the next week. Anyone interested should watch this space.

    Hi George, 26 miles sound right up my street. The temperature looks OK for Saturday at the moment but if it is heavy rain with a wind it could get bitterly cold. when do you think you will make a decision? Should I check back on Saturday morning at about 8:00 am?

    The forecast is for heavy rain tomorrow so I think that I will defer the ride. I hope to be able to do it next Saturday and will post a notice on Thursday evening. The early part of next week looks unpromising bur hopefully by the weekend it will. be o.k.
