looked a nice evening, but with a strong sort of northerly wind. however most riders said they found it a difficult evening and not too many pb's , though still some fast times.

R Bumstead 30.18
A Barch (ccc) missed the turn, went to dunton and hinxworth...bad luck

well done to steve and sam on the tandem for a cracking time, and Jason taking the win for 1 person bikes narrowly over Nigel. Did suggest to Nige he should go round 10 times but he didn't see the funny side... pb's for luke and tom, luke agonisingly close to going into the 24's... next time.

thanks to Susan and Lucia for help with time keeping and Robert for pushing off. Well done all.

  • Cheers for the timekeeping and pushing off.

Stef I have 2 weeks of TT left and I need 24's. Next week!!!

One thing, looking at these weekly TT results, seeing riders getting faster and faster, makes me in part want to abandon my trip (no chance!), get back on the bike and try and not get overhauled by certain riders approaching the low 28's / upper 27's.

Makes one wonder, with a little more time, what time would be possible by the last TT? A sub 28 would have looked aok!
Note to self: once I fly out in 2 days, I must not re-visit the site and torture myself!

    Good luck everyone.

PS - T Weir knocked over 1 minute off his most recent pb.
  • Was pretty happy with that considering the wind!!!
I'm looking forward to next week!
