I will be out tonight for another intro paced ride (~ 20 mph).

A couple of laps of the normal circuit rather than the Abington Piggots circuit.

Meet at the Tuns @ 7 pm as usual

    Lap 1 @ 21.1 mph
    Lap 2 @ 21.0 mph

    Nice consistent effort. Well done Nathan on his first out.
