Forecast is looking a bit grim for tomorrow morning so we can decide the on the route when we meet up.

    Weather permitting (ie: no heavy rain) Louise & I will be doing a shorter & slower ride than the club ride.
    Our pace will be 14 -15 mph
    We will be starting slightly later at 9.45am & there will be coffee & cake at the end.

    Coffee & Cake (for Rebecca's fundraising) will also be available after the club run - (David will point you in our direction)

    I'm definitely not out. Probably doing some hill training on two feet! Dare I admit it on a cycling website (running!!)

    Just 4 of us out. Not a spot of rain. Sort of Two Bridges route.
    Wind against on way back to Ashwell.
    Great ride enjoyed it.
    Less of a duck and more of a chicken, David? :)

    Did a couple of hours solo early afternoon. Lots of lovely sun. No ducks. Or chickens.
