Great 3 hour session at LVVP today, many CCA's there, got some photos (from my Mum). Thanks to all the coaches!

    I'm glad Sophie & Holly enjoyed it Paul. They have come on such a long way. It's well worth entering the Welwyn Youth Omnium for the experience - you can enter online this year instead of using a standard track entry form (N.B. closing date is Saturday).
