Jackie set a new women's course record. Tom set a new record at 22.03 and held it for 37 seconds before Cam followed him home with a 21:40.
Lots of fast times, I might have missed a few PB's. Well done everyone and thanks to Luke and Finn for the help.

    It may have been a fast night but Cam still put over a minute into Nige and Tom put 40 secs. I'm pretty sure Nige's time is only 10 secs or so off his best from last year too so those boys are on it as are Antony and Jackie.

    Right now I don't think we'd do too bad in the National TTT! maybe one for next year?

    Cam, I'm pretty sure the National 25 is local next year on a course that would suit you. I know it's not your focus but you could do some damage there!!!
