    Thanks! Have to admit I had my doubts about whether I'd got anything left after the chaingang- Tuesday was far harder than I'd imagined... Away in France for a couple of weeks (they've got some little cycling event on?), but I'll give it another try when I get back...

    Don't think that the Geoff Denny 100 on Sunday was great TT training ! Ouch that really hurt last night.

    Big thanks to DaveW and Jenny for being targets to aim at as I coaxed my screaming legs down Northfields road :)

    Great time for Stuart on his first time out, especially as his back brake might have been on all the way round !
