Grass Track Event 13th September 2014 & Go Ride ***Help Required *****

Hello all,

The last Grass Track Racing event is on Saturday 13th September - the details are as follows:

Signing on: 11.45-12.45
Racing Starts: 1.00pm
Pay on the line: Yes (in advance is preferable please see the BC website for full info)

There will also be a Go Ride event at the same time. This is for anyone under the age of 16 who would like to have a go at racing on their usual Freewheel bicycle. A parental consent form will need to be completed - you can do this on the day or they can be printed off and completed in advance from the BC website. The cost will be £1 per person - pay on the day.

We need help with the following please:

A gas BBQ - just to loan for a few hours
Cakes
Sandwiches
Any refreshments
Raffle prize donations

Please pass this information on to as many people as possible!! Any questions please ask.

    Hopefully the lovely Autumn weather will continue. If you are planning to ride and havent yet entered can you let Max know or post here. And if you have never done it before feel free to give it a whirl, you will be most welcome.
