Hi it would be great to know the rides available. Distances etc.

Seems to be a long ride at 8 Saturdays 70-80 miles at 16-17 mph ?
Sunday 9 am looks like 40 miles? Has the long Sunday ride stopped?

I haven't been riding for a while so am out of touch ....

    No, Sunday longer/faster 9.00 ride still very much going. Distance just depends who is out. Will probably be a busy ride once the weather improves a bit, im sure a lot of the racing riders will be out on that.

    Otherwise, as you say above plus the 9.30 steady ride.

    Good to see you getting back

    09.30 ride normally 40 miles this time of year at 15-16 mph.
    Will move up to 50-60 miles at 17 mph in the summer.

    Ice everywhere has been the basic problem.
    Due to warm up this weekend and will do the 40 miles
    Otherwise will be mtb on the road

    Watch post on Friday or Sat to see.
