Just by watching you I've learnt a lot, especially on the decents, looking at the data, I've clocked my 2nd fastest decent on the road (0.5 mph off PB), except this time I wasn't anywhere near as nervious.
Your point about fuelling is well heeded for sunday, the last 9 miles home from Ashwell today were a struggle to say the least, but I got there. Walking however, may take some time to return!
I've still got plenty to learn and lots of room for improvement!
