  A good night for PB's (first 8 in handicap) but only if you could avoid losing time in the first section through Guilden against the wind. Alternatively aero bars (Sophie) or new bike (Graham) will always help.

  Using the patented team SKY marginal gains method I got a PB by a whole 2 seconds !
  
  On this frankly staggering trajectory I will be challenging Luke's time in 211.5 years (the year 2226)

  Cheers Pete, Anita, Dave and Clare for your help.
  I did it last week and it was a lot easier with only FIVE riders.......
  New TT bike helped so watch out Justin Layne.....NOT.

  Thanks everyone. Not sure if I agree about the favourable wind though. I know I was only chaperone but only felt being pushed up the to Eyeworth.
  My top tip came from Steve. When following a junior get a flying start. Last time it took me to Guilden to catch Felix but this time I was on his wheel by the top of the first rise.
