    Yo ho hic

Been on the toot and it's almost 4am....

Me thought I heard a voice cry, “Sleep no more!
Macbeth does murder sleep”—the innocent sleep,
Sleep that knits up the raveled sleave of care,
The death of each day’s life, sore labor’s bath,
Balm of hurt minds, great nature’s second course,
    Chief nourisher in life’s feast.

    Oblivion beckons. Bed. Not bike.
  • I'm planning to join you this morning
  • Fabulous morning for a steady ride
Good crew out in the sunshine
Spirits high and the soul replenished

30 miles at just under 16 mph
    Two hours, ronseal ride

Aiming to get another in this weekend if possible
    Keep watching forum
Sunday looks not bad at the moment
    Post again Sat

    Coffee outside in the sunshine
    Alfresco returns !

  • Enjoyed that, only jumped ship as I didn't fancy riding Gamlingay to Ashwell and back again twice on a ride.
Went for a solo 23 mile loop around Bourn instead.
Back home with 54 miles at 16.4 mph.
