    The Sat club ride has got a bit quicker in the last couple of months, so will probably be an average of 16-17mph

    I'd like to come along. Will be my first CC Ashwell ride. Can find my way home if the going gets a bit tough!

    Another cracking turnout yesterday for the lumpy spin into Bedfordshire. Nice warmup to Mepshall before the roads started to get tougher. Sundon hill was much more tricky than I remember from the last time we did it, think somebody has def made it steeper :)

    Swift return back from Barton via Whitewell and a sort up sprint up the Bygrave hills back to Ashwell.

    So bang on 50 miles @ 17 and a bit. Cheers all for a good morning.
