Looking for a specific classic bike... any tips

My Maltese cousin is desperate to get hold of a 'Legnano Pista' - his classic old bike from his youth - and wonders if I can help. He's prepared to pay silly money.

So... Unlikely, but does anyone have one? Medium sized.
Or... does anyone know the best forum or way into putting the word out to try and prise it from someone's collection.
