    we go out via Langford followed Ireland - Haynes - HConquest - millbrook - cranfield - newton blossomville - Harrold - sharnbrook - riseley - colmworth - g.barford - tempsford hill - Potton - Ashwell

    PK I rode from Ashwell to Baldock very gingerly. The man with the hammer and having glass cranks were waiting for me but I just about kept it together! Good ride and needed with only 7 weeks to the Pyrenees....
