spur of the moment thing grabbed a week in gran caneria , took the luv of my life oh yes and the wife lol.
The weather is hot not a cloud in the sky took my first ride today only short hill called ayagaures steepest part 11% just a track really but still got better tarmac than the m25.and yes i did get lost on the way back , second reminder learn to that dam garmin.
Sitting by the pool now planning my next ride see you next week.

we headed out to safron walden weather was nice even some sunshine.
New chap paul came along and kept up the whole way really good effort
as it was a pacey ride .
We had a head wind on the return leg so that slowed us down a tad
but was a cracking medium ride thx jezza see you in a couple of weeks.
