So a lovely double whammy of windy and cold tomorrow - bring it on ;)

How about a flat start and then a few lumps and bumps to finish?

    Great turnout this morning for the spin out to Essex and back. Mix of summer,winter (and autumn) bikes and an excess of Casteli kit so it looked like we might have actually been sponsored by them :)

    Nice flat start to fowlemere and the up to Elmdon before climbing all the way back to Therfield via the ever confusing Langley/meesden/Ansty triangle. How anyone ever finds the Woodman pub is a total mystery. From Barkway it was a simple run back to Ashwell, with an F1 speed change of Dave’s back tyre by Jenny and Tim.

    So 41 @ 16.5 and perfect timing to meet Emma on her MTB outside the Tuns just in time for T (at the Bushell)

    Thanks all enjoyed that. Hopefully more of the same next week, but maybe slightly less greasy roads !
