6 out on the Real ride, headed over towards Wrestingworth and Potton loop. Richard and I came back via Eyeworth and Northfields. That was a cold hard wind!

Lovely ride yesterday in the invigorating, cool, but fabulous sunny conditions. Plenty of ice in the lanes, but I enjoyed that so much. Great start to the week. 2 rides in 2 days? Whatever next?!

Short solo spin on the Cotic cyclocross bike around the Greenway. 15 miles @ a barely moving 12mph in the mud. Still, better than the turbo.
