No CX race this weekend so planning a bridleway full gas blast. 9am at the 3Tuns. Back by 12 at the latest. Maybe a coffee post ride.

    Tough on the legs. We started with 5 but Iain and Archie had to head back after an hour. Made it up to Hayley Wood before returning back to Ashwell. Had to do the last 5 miles on the road to get back for 12 which was very tough in the head wind, I think it was just under 30miles in the end in 3 hours.

    Great route Dan, heavy going in places but we got the best of the weather.
