Hi Everyone............a concensus of those riding last week thought that a 9.0am start time on 8thMarch would be o.k

so this Sunday 1st 9.30 then back to 9.00am after that.

Suggest Middle ride also starts at 9.00 from 8th March

see you all this Sunday................well done Ashley..now cat 3 and another 8 points...... cat 2 this season?????

    Geoff, have you any inner tubes, i sent you an email last week but you must be having trouble with your pc, or your eyes or you just don't want to sell the arlesey flyer any tubes.

    I will call by in the morning before you leave for morning ride about 8.50, if that is okay, i am doing a 90 min ride tomorrow, hey big distance, that's 90 minuets not miles, longest ride since Mid January. That's what happens boys when you get tendonitis in the knee.
