New Year Sunday Club Run 09.30

happy new year
first run of 2011( for some )
09.30 for 2 hours
nice and steady 15-16 mph
cementary start as normal

I assume 09.00 for the longer rides

clear the head
coffee afterwards
start thinking about those plans for the coming year
French mountains perhaps ?

    I'm up for a ride tomorrow weather permitting....how about our young riders!!...about time you dusted your bikes off....Ed,andrew and Jon are in Manchester at the velodrome,,Theo,Cameron,Fiona,Rebecca,Daniel..did santa bring that new bike for you Fiona?....anyone else who wants to do 45 miles or so see you 9am at the cemetry...if there's only a few we'll do a loop and meet up with the club ride James.....Happy new year all

    Would really love to come on that 9am ride, was really fun last time despite my having to stop! Been really ill since, but I'm fine this week though and I did Letchworth-Cambridge the other day with no problem so the summer fitness I built up hasn't (entirely) disappeared!!
