Anybody out?

Circuit de Bedford via Harrold and Odell Country Park for Coffee and Cake....total is 77 miles that can be reduced to 70 if needed....

    Finished on 93.5miles & 3,800 ft
    Bit sunburnt as well...

    Enjoyed that. Good to be back out on the road bike. Great route and the cafe at Harrold is bang on.

    Good ride out today guys. Face,legs and arms a little burnt, though could have been from the beer garden! Rolled in on 91miles.

    Note to self- Factor 20 next week....hopefully.
