3 Cafes CCA Spring Classic - Friday 25 March 2022, 8.30am

Hi all

I'm just getting the date out there... The annual 3 Cafes CCA Spring Classic ride over to Maglia Rosso, with the Blue Egg and Bicicletta cafes either side, is on Friday 25 March in 2022. 8.30am departure from Ashwell's Three Tuns.

All welcome - CCA members or not.

A great early season challenge to train for in winter. The daffodils will be out and there'll be a hint of warmth in the air.

I'll make a note of Maglia lunch orders closer to the time.

    I'll do this again in February and then take lunch orders from end of Feb.

    If you can't make the start - drive to a point along the way? We'd be at Barkway around 9.15am. And Clavering around 9.45am.

    Not long to go now until the first Ashwell Classic of 2022. Come and sniff the daffodils on our ride into Suffolk and back.

    Please look at the menu below and write your name and lunch order on this list. I will then send it to Maglia Rosso in advance, a few days beforehand.

    8.30am start. I will ask if Rhubarb & Mustard, near the Three Tuns in Ashwell can open early for us to get a coffee.

    Meanwhile - anyone else fancy this big all-day Friday fun..? Let us know. Don't fear the distance - you can sandbag behind everyone all the way!
