This year's Club dinner is at the newly refurbed Bushell & Strike pub's party room... Now with mini-bar inside!

Always a fun evening and chance to meet other members, their partners and friends.

Preferred payment is by bank transfer: Cycle Club Ashwell, sortcode 20-41-12, acc 20382167. Add the words AWARDS, plus some part of your surname as reference.

M3 - Guinness Braised Brisket, Smoked Mashed Potato, Baby Onions, Seasonal Greens
M4 - Open Butternut Squash Tart, Goats Cheese, Walnuts, Dressed Baby Chard

    The pub have yet to issue a menu, as they are consulting with their new chef.

    As soon as I have info, I'll place it on here for you to let me know what you like - as I'll need to put the food order in ahead of the night.

    What a lovely evening, great to xatch up with everyone. The pub did us proud. Thank you to Martin for organising this, Nick for the quiz and Dan for sorting the trophies. Congratulations to those who won a trophy.

    All three teams made it over 50% success on the quiz. That's great going for a Nick quiz. And just 1.5 points between first and third place: exciting.

    It was a nice evening. Club Dinner might be earlier next time. Don't know yet - pre Xmas. Fresh ideas welcome.
