Saturday 14th October - 9.30am club ride

OMG, looks like somebody is going to turn the sun off tomorrow !! 11-12 degrees is freezing compared to the last couple of weeks !

Been doing some long rides over the past few weeks, so how about this for a ride that goes back to std club ride distance ?

Ashwell-Steeple-Shingay-Croyden (up)-Hatley-Longstowe-Toft-Comberton-Hasslingfield-Newton-Fowlmere-Melbourne-Bassingbourn-Litlington-Steeple-Ashwell (45 miles)

If we want a cake fix then there is the option the old favorite of Cafecito (or whatever it's called now) in Fowlmere

    I am around this weekend so looking forward to joining the ride for a change. Not been on my road bike for a while so would like a cake stop but happy to go with the flow.

    Let's hope the roads are dry as don't think I can face winter(ish) kit & a winter bike !
