    I'll be at 3 tuns 5:30am
    Meeting skelders at junction just before Walkern village at 6:10/15am

    43 miles 17mph av usually. In central about 8:15am.

    Veeeery quiet on the roads this morning. It deffo pays to set off that bit earlier and beat the irate white van plumbers and bathroom fitters of this world.

    So, a pleasant ride in. Take that Friday 13th!

    admitedly... not quite ready for work, lycra clad cyclists aren't yet acceptable in the City!
