-
keen if there's still space
-
excellent, thanks for the responses chaps, so we have: Rob Matt S Stef Tim Taff Graham Dan H Martin as the max team size is 8, how do you want to mix this up chaps? This puts the A's a little short (4 now) so I wonder if a couple of you would like t…

Also a reminder to check out my post for a second CCA team in the Zwift Racing League below - all welcome!
-
That sounds like it could be a good idea Matt - happy to do that
-
Looking at the splits we rode really strongly over the back half - couple of the teams faded after setting quicker intermediate times, great work guys
-
Sounds good to me Matt - Dave will give that a try as could be useful like you say! chat later
-
ahh sorry chaps! More points opportunities then
-
i'm keen to race, shame its the last one!
-
Decent effort on the course that doesn't suit a bigger guy like me. Hopefully next years real life interclub can take place as it seems people are making some big leaps in fitness
-
Great stuff, doing well chaps. For the TTT i've been thinking should we see who wants to signup then organise it so we rotate in a generally fixed order rather than working out over discord during the ride who comes through next? Then if someone cant…

Hi Emma, if this is still available i'd like to help? Never done anything like this before so may need some support but happy to learn, give me a shout. Cheers

I dont know how its rated but i feel we are in the lower end of the A league..fairly sure we've not been doing anywhere near that wattage flr an hour. I think the guy overstates the power profiles especially at lower A/upper B - he had B's doing 5+w/…

I'll have a go if there's space, happy to sit out if others want in
-
Great effort guys! Felt like i wasnt really contributing much so thanks for dragging me round! Trying to get discord to work when going for it a brudge too far currently Hadnt appreciated how hard TTT formation is when going for it is! I wonde…

Sounds good...the start procedure sounds interesting! Shall we coordinate what we wear? Assume there isn't much chat during

If you have Strava on your mobile phone you can get it to plot routes for you on the "explore" feature. It will look at popular roada around you and draw a route for you to do. Very convenient. I save the route then upload to my Garmin
-
I'll do some turns if there's space

Doing well considering we are event behind most people, looking forward to the TTT. Matt does it breakdown how we scored per event - as i understand it the cumulative score by each team per event then goes into a single score per round for that table…

Yep, that's plan A. I enjoyed the bit in the vid about 6W/Kg for the climb - not on your life matey, will see where I place after the first selection, suspect it will be a case of finding whatever small group you are in after that and working for min…

Definitely up for a TT practice for week 47's race! To confirm, the lead riders power target shoild be 150% of the resting riders power, or 120% of 5 min power, but what is the "resting power" when Matt has quoted as 95% of this Lowest 20 minute po…

I'm in if there's space

Sorry Dan need to be finished a little earlier tonight so can't make it now. Will watch the vid at least looking forward to next weeks race if there is a spot on the team, looks like we are doing well relatively!
-
i'm in, how do i join with you guys?
-
great stuff cheers Matt, looking forward to it
-
Very keen for some B action. Agree with Dave on the TT'S
-
Will try and make the meetup with my fan club/soigneur/mechanic/fiance there to cheer me on from the luxury of our spare bedroom. Even did a test the other day to see if a TT bike might be faster overall up the climb - tactics etc
-
Thanks Daniel, Bedford was a little far for Chamois cream, the petrol probably would have outweighed the saving in this case but that's always useful to know
-
Cheers Stuart. £4 on its way over
