Note from Icknield Road that the IC10 will now be a 3:15pm start not 2pm.

Well done Jackie, another amazing performance. Knight Composites current series standings

Sorry folks but due to current weather conditions and with the forecast to continue with heavy rain, tonight's Club 10 is hereby cancelled, let's hope for better things next week.

Can't be sure, I think last year we had 30 on the first 10 but the weather's looking a bit iffy later. Just text me or call when you know and we'll see what we can do.

Jackie, you managed a better smile than me even through the pain. Amazing to podium amongst all those 20 somethings. Hope you heal quickly. Results Thanks Stuart for the pics, well done on your first time and very bad luck to Noah.

Yes, moved the date especially and I was very glad to have decided not to ride. Sorry I couldn't hang around to catch up more. I suppose you could say we were lucky - cold/wet/wind/fog - we only got one! Well done everyone, I'm looking forward t…

Hope you heal quickly Jenny.

I think for Goblet Squat anything between 10Kg and 18Kg would be fine - personally I feel form would be compromised by the difficulty of holding on to a 24Kg kettle bell. For heavier weights I would say better to move into Barbell back squats. Hope …

Would highly recommend Martin at Tribe Sports Massage, he worked a miracle with me 2 days prior to my 12 HR last year. tribesportsmassage.com

Definitely on there Matt https://cyclingtimetrials.org.uk/find-events No, Gareth it's just a club event but riders from other clubs always welcome as guests.
-
I wouldn't rely on that route as there are extended road-works due to take place shortly in the Great Barford area.
-
Great pictures and looking at them I'm very glad my foray into CX was as brief as it was. You're all bonkers, but who am I to talk? Well done everyone
