Oh Emma, I am so sorry to read about this and do hope you make a full recovery as soon as possible. I am sure David will look after you well. Thinking of you and all your awful pain.

Well done from all of us, Richard, on what you DID achieve today! We had a great day and I think I counted at least 14 members from your Supporters Club.
-
I'll be coming down from York to cheer you Richard - see you there - good luck...!
-
Okay then...having on Wednesday a better idea....
-
There was talk on this morning's mid week ride of a second group of us doing this at a steady pace...
-
I don't know you Adam, but as a CCA member I was really sorry to hear about your accident and wish you a speedy recovery.
-
I am so sorry to learn of this Bob. Hope you make a full recovery and are back on the road soon.

That was a good call Susan and the sun terrace you arranged was great, I could have stayed there longer and it all helped make for quite a relaxing ride...many thanks all.

A cake ride sounds good - I'll be on...!
-
Thanks for the ride and coffee James and in particular those 'Nice Easter Treats'....!
-
Oh what a jolly good idea, I'll be there...
-
I'll join you Susan....how about changing the call to....'there will be cake'.....

Nathaniel Earlier in the week, quite a severe frost was being forecast for Wednesday morning, so in the interests of elf n safety, word therefore went around the CCA midweek ol' buffers section that the ride would start at 10.30am this mornin…

No sooner had Martin finished organising The Wells 123, he then immediately got stuck into organising this film evening, which I know was a considerable amount of work. Well done once again matey! Thanks also to Matt (AKA Scales Ales) and in par…

Note to Graham Duguid: Are you the Graham I chatted to on the Wednesday Cub Ride this morning about this film. If you are, did you really mean to Doodle that yourself and one other would NOT be coming along to this event...?
-
In the week that I fitted your Campy 9 speed chain to my touring bike (remember?)...well done Luke...!
-
Yo...stiggers...! There were 5 of us in CCA kit both in and then the other side of West Wratting Wednesday lunchtime. In fact we stopped at the pub there for a very nice lunch!

I'm very pleased to know your eyeballs are still intact and that you all had a good ride. For the other 6 of us that did not wish to, or in my case could not endure such a challenge, Bob kindly navigated us around about a 30 something mile route an…

Sounds good David and at least you won't have a 15 mph head wind all the way to Sharpenhoe Clappers this week. Can I be your friend then I'll be able to see the route? Is there going to be anyone else around this week that fancies less of an eyeba…
-
It all sounds and looks very nice....tell Kit we are still wearing his Thermal Longs and Wintex Jackets here. Take care...
-
Well David ...... We all hope you enjoyed your lay in the morning whilst the 6 of us battled our way to Sharpenhoe in a head wind with rain. Thanks Jez for being our substitute navigator for the ride.
-
Susan, Rather than try to hold on a mini egg by my finger nails - I'll join you if I may! John
-
Sounds good Emma and I would have joined you, but I'm not out this Saturday. Get Well Soon and take care...!
-
Ouch! Quite a nasty elbow puncture you have there - good job you had 3 layers of sleeves. Take care and get well soon.

I'm sorry to learn that someone came off in Reed and I hope whoever it was okay - several of us found the roads quite greasy. I made my way back from Barley to Royston. I'm pleased to learn about the discussion of mudguards.
