The old geometry 54cm relates to a 56cm in the current model, bit still too small for you I'd say.

Nice to see CCA results all over Cycling weekly.

Robbie,
I've messaged you on FB, I don't have your mob number!!

Shelton,
I still want the wheels to be interchangeable with my others without any limit screw adjustment. -
Looks too icy for me and I have a cold. Ride safe, I'll be on the turbo
-
Just seen the sample kit, very impressed. Order en route for me and Libby!

Great idea. I'lll be in touch. Very much needed so thank you for all the time and effort you've put in.

More news Chris??

Everyone is different and therefore different nutritional plans will work in different ways. Personally I can get away with challenges such as eating 10 McDonalds cheeseburgers as quick as you can (18mims if anyone is interested) yet still improve al…

I'll be similar to Strappy if I'm running late, don't wait at the Tuns for me!

Cheers Chris

Nice one Chris, see you Sat!

I should be out, what's the Geoff Denny, I'm not familiar with the route. I'll prob turn off at some point.
-
Michael, I have access to a few wattbikes and have used them for the past couple of years. They are an excellent piece of kit, but the noise level won't be much different to a turbo. It's similar to a concept 2 rowing machine in noise level, due to …

I would have loved to do this, but it's double booked with my wedding, hmmm decisions........ Let me know when the next one is
-
I'm in, see you there. I need to get back to mine for 1200hrs so may head back with others unless the route changes further west....

Great opportunity Justin and well deserved after an outstanding season. Good luck with the new project, I'm sure you'll continue to smash it!
-
Tim, absolutely fantastic photos, really appreciated. Some brilliant shots that capture the day really well. I've emailed you. Thanks again.
-
Well done Will and Jane. Great atmosphere and social. Libby had a great time too so I'm sure she will be hitting the Club 10's next year.
-
A massive thanks to all the helpers again, Tim, James and Finn. I suppose I enjoyed it (afterwards).
-
I second what Tim says, I'm starting to move away from gatorskins for the grip issues. For a slightly cheaper option the Vittoria Zaffiro Pro are £11 on Ribble. I have just got them for the winter and the grip looks good to me!
-
Cracking rides everyone and well done on the win Jane. Blistering pace John!

10 of us out for the club run on a slightly different reverse two bridges route. Once it warmed up it turned into a lovely morning. Great company as always and some strong riding from the youngsters Rebecca and Daniel! Stats were 21mph for 60 miles.…
-
Yeah, as Tim says it will be a steady club run in line with the sticky post. I keep any hard training away from club runs. A dry morning with a light wind so it should be a great ride.
-
Tim, I'll take the ride this Sunday, I'll post a route up at some point, but it will probably be different to above as I don't know that route too well. There will be a new member (Libby) along too (form and cheque in the post)

Racing season is over, I'll see you there!

There are some great deals at the moment on Chain Reaction, Ribble etc. I can recommend the Elite Volaire, you can pick it up for £95-100 (£180 rrp) at the moment.
-
I can vouch for the Champ Sys clothing, my brothers shop/club use and sell it and the fit/quality is very good. That said, the Endura kit is fantastic, I've been really impressed with all items I have. However, if club members are struggling to get …

I'm booked up for 8-15 January, can't wait!
