Depends on the train connections at the time. Some won't stop at Ashwell.
-
To maintain the primate, league letter and group theme the CC Ashwell Aye-Aye Army has now been registered!
-
I'm going to save my chip allowance for the seaside.
-
Martin, I'm sure you must have a dodgy power meter. I can't see how you can be a B. (Or perhaps I have.....)
-
Matt, I'm of course up for it and looking forward to some pain. Interestingly, when they put in big hills there is about a 20% drop in rider numbers. So we'll see what the course routes are this time around.
-
Dan, just use Erin's account and forget to change the weight setting.
-
Ploughmans please Matt. Thanks. 👍
-
I'm in too. No apocalyptic weather though this time please.
-
I'll be out. Looking forward to it.

Great ride. Thoroughly enjoyable. I decided against the 5 times around the Litlington one way system to clock the 100. The first time ride on the stubby saddle was a success.
-
A nice light easterly to blow us home too!
-
Yes. Good for Sat. 8:30 start? Although very happy for an extra half an hour in bed. 😁

The easy bit is competing. The true hard graft is behind the scenes and on the day helpers. So to all those who have supported in the organisation and running of the events. Thank you.

I've turned into a right fairweather cyclist nowadays. It's looking a bit nippy for me tomorrow.
-
Why it took quite so long, who knows, but they got there! Woop woop.
-
Starting with..... I'll be riding tomorrow (Sunday) 8:30. Zwift Fondo A 98km. Fairly demanding throughout with an Epic KOM finish. Lovely.
-
Martin, I'll be up for this "chaingang" thing you speak of. 350 watts for a minute, sink and sprint, is that it? No, hang on, was that something else.... I'm sure it'll come back to me.

The bonus of not being promoted is that we are under no pressure to maintain league position. Likewise for Tuesday night chain gangs for me. Can't wait! Perhaps instead we could pick an occasional weekday or weekend race that looks good and…

A few technicals on the night including Dave stuck on the start line but a great ride by all and a great maiden TTT from John. Will be interesting to hear other's views but I felt the 30 second stints just seemed to demand an uber level of coord…
-
That's it. If you join in good time we can talk through it.
-
Thoughts for the TTT John, first and most important point. You need to join as usual start time but we have a 10 minute delay. DO NOT PEDAL. We have to time ourselves to go on time. We can go onto the pairing screen which works and stops dropout…

Sending link now to As.

https://zwiftinsider.com/zrl-s2-w8 This week's ride. I'll sort out teams a bit later, but currently have 12 riders. Anyone else?
-
Quite a few spaces to fill still. Hopefully we can field two full strength teams.
-
Thanks Mark

Graham. If you go to the results in ZwiftPower, then at the top go to Primes. This then shows the places. This only shows As as I assume As are first out of the pen and therefore first across the line.

Results just in! 3rd on the night. But importantly one above our nearest rivals! So a great ride. So extending our 2nd place lead over them to 5 points. A reasonable cushion into the final TTT Not that we will take it easy of cour…

Wow. That was harder than expected. I think we did fairly well overall. We wait expectantly for the results. A the very least pretty certain we maintained out 2nd in the league with a hopefully a buffer into the final TTT. I managed to pip …

Thanks Vincent. Could be worth a try to see if it works. For a large fast moving bunch with a flat out sprint and a short sprint segment it will be a tough one to beat though. I think the challenge will be a break forming on the sprint, or …
