Thanks to all those involved with the organisation. My first on the new 10 and I liked the course and setup with the village hall.

You are an inspiration to us all Jackie. Many congratulations and good luck on your campaign. Daniel

Great rides from John and James, but an incredible one from Jackie. Really fist rate - many congratulations Jackie. This event is super hard. My mind simply dribbled out of my head at about 27 miles; I had no idea who I was or what I was doing. S…

Well done testers, a great start to this series.

A great shot there by Felix of the commanding winner - Tom Trimble. Not sure the circumstances of how you got away but you were out off the front for 1h40'. Two got back onto your wheel but I understand you were clear again by the line. I could te…

Marco Polo may be long gone but the spirit of exploration lives on with Marco Wyer. Future G Ride sections were discovered today in the delightful Sping sunshine. A well attended ride with a good spread of riders represented. An unfortunate lapse …

Great news, we're getting a good showing for this... Nathaniel, are you coming? GPS fans should note there has been a route alteration due to roadworks. This is aparently the new route LINK (Information from the London Phoenix site). Registratio…

Cool! A spot of helping out at a road race and then onto the pictures!

Sorry to hear this Felix. Hope you mend soon!

This is a great initiative Jamie. Thanks to you ad the coaching team. I hope I can make some of these sessions.

Indeed a great day out. Many thanks to Martin for organising this; much more than posting the route. Very nice to meet and ride with club members I've not met before.
-
Love these film clips and very excited about the project. Thanks for doing the Frazer and good luck with this. Daniel

Hope it goes well, sadly I am unavailable for either club running or time trialling

5 people made up the CCA supporters club run today: Richard, Nathaniel, Strappy, James and myself. We learnt some lessons. I had carefully devised a delightful route to get us to the race and back and loaded it onto my Garmin. By Barkway the littl…

It's cold but the frost is waining so I think if we start with extreme care we will be okay. Good suggestion Luke! We will head east and ride against your race through Littlebury Green and Strethill. Good luck to all CCA racers. Daniel

Hi Martin, I'd love to take this please! Daniel

I had the iPhone 6 for a while (loved it by the way). To keep it safe I put it in an EVOC zip wallet; waterproof enough. Never fell out of my pocket. Now the 6s is out the first generation 6 is a total bargain!

Andrew, I can collect from yours at a convenient time. Just let me know a good time. Daniel

Oh dear, got there at about 9:05 for the agreed 9:15 departure to find everyone had left. Rookie error: I'd forgotten that the only rule in pretend road racing is that there are no rules. Had a nice gentle ride with James McKenzie and mulled over o…

Hi Martin et al, I intend on riding this. Thanks for posting the route; I didn't get lost last time but nealry did. I actually followed the older route so whilst Vince was complaining we were off course I stuck to the line on my Garmin! What time s…

I can't help but think that Jon had the same puncture many times; ie the same foreign body remained in the tyre and kept going through a fresh inner tube.

It was windy in Bedfordshire today. Nasty energy sapping wind. An expectedly good crowd signed on at BRCC charming clubhouse in Cardington. Various blueshirts greeted one another with smiles and hedged their chances of keeping hold of the fast gro…
