we were under the impression our coaches were able to coach, its only recently become apparent they need accreditation. this is a new experience for us, but also for lea valley velopark, so not that surprising if there is the odd hiccup to start with…

having recently trapped my thumb between the chain and sprocket whilst cleaning my fixed , i can recommend not doing it regardless of what lubricant you use, it really hurts
