Thanks It was it was nice to see Adam and Sophie in the youth (especially the handicap). Antony was there too looking very strong, but we could do with a few more Ashwell shirts, I won't be able to race too often.

Last year normally there where two laps 7:00 and 7:30 but some of us met for a pre-lap

I'm riding too (it's just us 3) but Jon is second reserve so it's likely he'll get a ride in.

I thinks it's good to remind ourselves to ride in a tidy bunch.
And when singling out it helps if you obey the rule whereby the inside rider goes in front of the outside rider. -

raced there today, it's a nice circuit: smooth, long and good corners. Just make sure You're near the front because everyone slows up in the corners.
