I'm in a similar boat to Jane (I'm doing that silly sportive they have @ the velodrome on Sunday) but would also gladly stretch my legs to Blue Egg (will join @Barkway)

Thanks all for another great ride. Hope everyone got home dry. I managed to puncture 1/2 a mile from home but didn't let this ruin my end of ride good mood :)

I don't know if this has been mentioned but having a spare derailleur hanger can't hurt. It's quite make/model specific and hard to get on short notice. Obviously the hope is no-one would need it :)

Thanks all for these wonderful Saturday 8am rides. The stop in Wadenhoe was very nice as well. Climbing up to Therfield on the way home wasn't as fun :) but all's well that ends well
