I really fancy having a go at this. I live in Letchworth, a mile or so from Nortonbury. I'm really rusty but I'm hoping to get fit over the winter. I know the greenway fairly well and could easily get home if I'm left behind!

I can't get there today Geoff and I'm taking Ed to Brentwood grass track tomorrow.
I'm planning to go Tuesday eve with Gavin though and I'll fit some sessions in after that!

Well, lets just say it got me out of cooking the Christmas dinner as I cannot lift my arms higher than my waist and find it difficult raising myself from a chair now.

I hit the wall at around 30miles so the last 6 for me was ve…Ed (Goater) thouroughly enjoyed his first race meeting as did the rest of his family as spectators!
Really enjoyable event and looking forward to the next one.
