Sunday 11 Sept 11 Round 1 Eastern Cyclo Cross League at Writtle College Chelmsford CCA were well represented with Theo, Cameron and Jon in the youth event, Mark and Lee in the Senior event and Me and Stevie riding in the Vets/Womens race.

I road the "lakeland loop" sportive a couple of years ago (70miles) which finishes with hardknott and wrynose - needless to say i had to walk the last part of wrynose!! it is a good sportive normally early april - maybe a team entry???

the stats according to my cateye were 67.56 miles at 19.1 avg (ashwell to ashwell) - thanks to Phil Adams for route finding and to Iain for all that work on the front!! the run home from barton was "full throttle" - great ride.
