Cyclo-Cross training

Hi,

Welwyn Wheelers are running cyclo-cross training open to all on Wednesday evenings at Welwyn Track. This is a good workout even if you are not racing cyclo-cross this winter. Plenty of hard intervals, hill sprints, cornering practice etc. You can use a MTB if you don't have a cross bike.

The sessions run from 7pm - 8.30pm and cost £3. Take shoes for running in (for the warm up) in addition to cycling shoes. Take plenty of warm kit as it continues in the rain or snow and plenty to drink.

I will be there helping out most Wednesdays.
