Taking my new winter bike frame out... So gears it is for 60m?
Usual place at 9am if anyone needs the mileage.

    thought about coming too but dont want to slow the ride down if its quick

    plus i've done 200 miles this week, which is usually a months worth, so maybe a light spin is wiser option
