will put a few hills in
35-40 miles , 15 -16mph
Re group the top of each hill
( and wait for me :-) )

sunday club runs to start at 09.30 through to March
( as agreed last sunday )
will then review
others runs to start at 09.00 - unless stated otherwise

Geoff if you get this in time, do you have in that 2nd hand stock you mentioned any overshoes, for size 8 ? (I think the gent who sold me the shoes at trisports said my shoes are "size 44"- I presume that's European size

I will get there for 9, not sure which ride I'll go on though, might do 9.30-need to push myself!!
